Spaghetti Bolognese

Basic White Bread
  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 500 g beef mince
  • 400 g tin chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 beef stock cube 
  • Grated parmesan or cheddar to serve
  • 300 g strong white bread flour
  • 150 ml tepid water - approx.
  • 1 tsp fast action dried yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
