Ar 4 Medi 2023 penderfynodd Cabinet Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent ar y cynnig yn seiliedig ar ganlyniad y cyfnod hysbysiad statudol a chymeradwyodd y cynnig ar gyfer ei weithredu.

On the 4th September 2023 Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council Cabinet determine the proposal based on the outcome of the statutory notice period and approved the proposal for implementation.
