To create a dynamic, inclusive, and trauma-informed mathematics and numeracy curriculum that empowers all learners across our 3–16 provision. Committed to fostering engagement, confidence, and progress through differentiated, real-life learning experiences that reflect the lived realities of our pupils with SEBD. Through a culture of emotional safety, relational practice, and resilience-building, we aim to reduce anxiety and promote wellbeing within every maths lesson. We will build leadership capacity and professional expertise through collaboration, coaching, and data-informed decision-making, ensuring that every member of staff contributes to a shared vision of excellence in numeracy.
