Family Liaison Officers can provide help, support and signposting with matters such as:

• Liaising with health professionals
• Parent and family support groups
• Booklets and information on matters such as being a carer, anxiety, behaviour management or sleep issues
• Benefits and grants (Incl. charities that provide holidays, equipment etc.)
• Regular updates about new services and events in Blaenau Gwent, North Monmouthshire and North Torfaen 
• Sporting/leisure activities including Sparkle Leisure services for children who are undergoing or have a diagnosis of a disability and/or a developmental delay
• Possible referrals onto other services

We work closely with the different health and social care teams.
