Method

Pizza:

Preheat your oven to 220-240 c

1.Place lukewarm water in the stand mixer bowl, sprinkle the yeast and a pinch of sugar on top, mix and let it rest until the mixture is nice and bubbly.

2. Place flour salt and olive oil into a large mixing bowl.

3. Gradually add the water into the flour and mix until it forms a ball. Knead the dough for around 5mins or until it is elastic looking soft but not sticky.

4. Stretch dough into pizza shape then place onto a baking. Spread passata over dough and add toppings of your choice.5. Bake the pizza for around 15 mins or until edges and underneath are brown

 

Crispy Potato Cubes and simple side salad

  1. Pre-heat oven
  2. Wash and cut potato into small bitesize cubes
  3. Place potato into a microwavable bowl add 1tbs of water and microwave 5mins or until soft
  4. Place softened potatoes onto a lined baking tray, drizzle with oil and sprinkle Cajun spice
  5. Cook potato’s in the pre-heated oven for 15 mins
